Have you just connected your bol.com store to Boloo and are seeing the revenue for the current month on the last day of the month in your dashboard? That's correct - and here's why.
Why are historical orders not synchronised?
When you connect your store for the first time, we deliberately do not synchronise historical orders. The reason is that synchronising orders triggers the email campaigns you may have set up in Boloo.
If we were to import all your old orders, it would mean that all your customers from the previous period would suddenly receive an email. We want to prevent this - both for you and for your customers.
What do you see in the dashboard?
Because historical orders are not loaded, Boloo has no order data for the earlier days of the month. The total revenue that bol.com reports for the current month is therefore shown on the last day of the month in the dashboard as a summary.
This is normal behaviour, not an error.
What can you expect?
From the moment your store is connected, new orders will be synchronised immediately and in real time. From the next month onwards, you will see your revenue spread normally across the month, as you would expect.
